Orkney’s Island Games swim team had a successful weekend at the North District Age Group Championships in Aberdeen, with some great PBs, no less than 13 new Orkney long course records, two gold medals (Mia 50 breast, Angus 50 fly), 2 silver medals (Angus 50 breast, Mia 50 fly), and 3 bronze medals (Angus 100 breast, Kerris 200 IM, and Molly 100 breast). Fantastic results, and all credit to the swimmers and their coaches Ben Delaney and Neil Blance.
